Two months ago JEBENS INDUSTRIEBAU GMBH commissioned by VICTORIA PARK HAMBURG GMBH & CO. KG started the preparatory development work. 

As a first step, a construction road was created on the sections of the Hamburg side of the future MINERVA PARK (see site plan). In the further course, an excavation of the road route (Plan Road A) and the channel routes for the supply and disposal lines will commence.

Following the completion of the preliminary construction work for the MINERVA PARK, the same work will continue in the area of the future VICTORIA PARK. This allows the selected road construction company and trades to start directly with the actual development measures. Completion of the development measures is expected by the end of 2020.
